The AlgoX Tech Internship Program offers students and recent graduates opportunities in a variety of the fastest growing technology arenas with one of the "coolest tech companies" by tech media .
An internship at AlgoX Tech gives you the opportunity to dive directly into high impact technology to work with teams on the forefront of the high frequency trading revolution. Internship rotations are available across all divisions of AlgoX Tech including including order queue, abnormal orders, and quantitative risk control and more.
WITHIN THESE DIVISIONS, INTERNS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR MOST IMPORTANT DEPARTMENTAL TEAMS INCLUDING:
ALGORITHMS
Working with the research and development team to devise new ways to understand HFT and trading concepts, trends, and more.
SOFTWARE
Our SW team works very closely with algorithm developers on the next generation of autonomous trading platforms such as HFT and risk identification and control.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Interfacing with Fortune 1000 companies and other potential partners to devise new strategic business initiatives, prospect new clients, and create pitch materials.
PRODUCT
Structuring and planning the productization of AlgoX Tech’s HFT platform with artificial intelligence computer vision technology across a multitude of verticals.
MARKETING
Creating awareness of AlgoX Tech and our products through traditional marketing tactics, social media, and much more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Currently we are primarily looking for students and recent graduates with backgrounds in algorithm development, research, programming, product development and innovation, market research, data analysis, and technical research. An internship at AlgoX Tech offers unparalleled access to cutting edge technology, amazing teams, revolutionary products, and a fun environment.
We provide the opportunity to be further employed in Israel or Shanghai after finishing the Internship program.
REQUIREMENTS:
* MSc/PhD in relevant disciplines (e.g. EE/CS/Applied Math/Physics/Bio Engineering/Computational Biology/etc.)
* Broad knowledge of algorithms and analysis tools and methods
* Former experience in the algorithms field
* Excellent coding skills, with at least 2 years of experience
* Strong background in C++ is an advantage
* Experience with development of machine learning / signal processing applications is an advantage
* Experience with ML frameworks, i.e. Tensorflow / Torch / Theano is an advantage
* Ability to quickly understand and pick up new technologies and algorithms, including existing infrastructure and algorithms used by the team.
